Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb hot italian sausage in casings
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb dry rigatoni pasta
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 3 cups pasta sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1) place sausage and water into pressure cooker; secure lid.
2) Set PC to meat and timer to 10 minutes
3) When cooking is complete remove sausage and dran excess liquid
4) Slice the sausage and place it back into the pressure cooker
5) Add remaining ingredients to PC and secure lid
6) Set PC to RICE and timer to 20 minutes
7) when cooking is complete serve immediately
