Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, beat flat
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped red, green, yellow peppers
- Chicken Stock
Preparation
Step 1
Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper.
In a large skillet heat olive oil, and garlic.
Add Chicken to brown.
Add Chicken Stock and de-glaze pan.
Add peppers, cover with lid, and sauté for 45 minutes on low heat.
