Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Stew Meat
  • 3 TBLS Butter
  • 6 Onions sliced thin
  • 1 3/4 C. Sour Cream
  • 1 TBLS Flour
  • 1 TBLS Paprika
  • 2 Cups Red Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Butter and brown meat
Add onions and fry lightly
In large bowl mix remainung ingredients
Add Sauce to meat/onions
Put in large casserole
Cover and bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours
