Best Black Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz)cans black beans(rinsed and drained)
  • 2 small onion,chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic,chopped
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can beef (can use chicken or vegetable broth instead)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan,combine beans,onion and garlic. Add broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Season with cilantro,cayenne and salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
