Ingredients
- 4 slices pumpernickel or whole wheat bread
- 6 oz canned tuna fish, drained
- 4 Tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 4 Tbsp shredded carrot
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp walnuts, crushed
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix drained tuna, dressing, shredded carrot, onion, walnuts and avocado in mixing bowl.
2. Toast bread, portion mixture into 2 servings and assemble sandwiches.
