Ingredients

  • 4 slices pumpernickel or whole wheat bread
  • 6 oz canned tuna fish, drained
  • 4 Tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 4 Tbsp shredded carrot
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts, crushed
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix drained tuna, dressing, shredded carrot, onion, walnuts and avocado in mixing bowl.
2. Toast bread, portion mixture into 2 servings and assemble sandwiches.
