- Salt
- Lemon
- Brown sugar
- Lemon juice
- Butter
- Frozen salmon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Salt the salmon pieces and cover with sliced lemons.
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
Serve with one of these sauces:
Brown sugar, lemon juice and butter.
Light mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers and green onions.
