Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • broth from boiling chicken
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can water
  • 1/4-1/3 c barley
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 1 tsp caraway seed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • wide egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken breasts. Remove from water and keep broth. Add barley, celery, caraway seed, salt and pepper, chicken broth and water. Shred chicken and add to soup. Add noodles and boil until tender.
