Vermicelli with Garlic and Herbs

  • 8 oz vermicelli
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook vermicelli according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and toss with remaining ingredients.
