Upside-Down Treat

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Hard Margarine (Butter)
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple Drained
  • 6 Maraschino Cherries Chopped
  • 1 Tube Refridgerator Country Style Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Coat 8" round pan with Margarine. Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine. Scatter pineapple and cherries evenly over brown sugar. Arrange biscuits close together over pineapple mixture. Bake in 425 F oven for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
