Ingredients
- CRUST
- 3 C FINELY CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 STICK BUTTER, MELTED
- 1/3 C SUGAR
- 1/4 t SALT
- FILLING
- 24 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1/4 C SOUR CREAM
- 3/4 C SUGAR
- 1 t VANILLA
- 3 EGGS
- 1 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- TOPPING
- 1 C CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 11OZ BAG CARAMEL CANDIES
- 1 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 6 T MILK, DIVIDED
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*. LINE 9X13 PAN WITH GREASED FOIL. MIX CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PRESS INTO PAN. BAKE 20 MINUTES.
FOR FILLING, CREAM 1ST 4 INGREDIENTS. ADD IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME. SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER HOT CRUST, POUR FILLING OVER CHIPS. BAKE 50 MINUTES. COOL 1 HOUR, PLACE IN FRIG OVERNIGHT.
FOR TOPPING, SPRINKLE WITH PECANS. MELT CARAMELS WITH 4T MILK. POUR OVER PECANS. MELT CHIPS AND REMAINING MILK AND DRIZZLE OVER TOP. ALLOW CHOCOLATE TO SET.
