  • CRUST
  • 3 C FINELY CHOPPED PECANS
  • 1 STICK BUTTER, MELTED
  • 1/3 C SUGAR
  • 1/4 t SALT
  • FILLING
  • 24 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
  • 1/4 C SOUR CREAM
  • 3/4 C SUGAR
  • 1 t VANILLA
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • TOPPING
  • 1 C CHOPPED PECANS
  • 1 11OZ BAG CARAMEL CANDIES
  • 1 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 6 T MILK, DIVIDED

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*. LINE 9X13 PAN WITH GREASED FOIL. MIX CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PRESS INTO PAN. BAKE 20 MINUTES.

FOR FILLING, CREAM 1ST 4 INGREDIENTS. ADD IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME. SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER HOT CRUST, POUR FILLING OVER CHIPS. BAKE 50 MINUTES. COOL 1 HOUR, PLACE IN FRIG OVERNIGHT.

FOR TOPPING, SPRINKLE WITH PECANS. MELT CARAMELS WITH 4T MILK. POUR OVER PECANS. MELT CHIPS AND REMAINING MILK AND DRIZZLE OVER TOP. ALLOW CHOCOLATE TO SET.
