SCALLOPED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Spread potatoes in baking dish. Melt butter. Pour soup, butter and sour cream over hash browns. Top with crushed crackers. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour.
