Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 t. fresh lemon juice
- 1 t. soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 3/4 lb lean flank steak
- freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1)mash together garlic and pinch of salt until mixture forms a paste; transfer to small bowl. mix with honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. slowly whisk in 1 tsp of oil
2) place steak in shallow dish. pour marinade over steak and turn to coat. cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours
3) heat grill to high. remove steak from marinade and season lightly with salt and pepper. transfer to grill and cook to your preference
