- 1 tsp garlic (2 cloves minced)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and marinate for 1/2 hr.
3/4 hour before frying, break 2 eggs over mixture & add flour. Mixx with hands and add a little water if needed.
