Ingredients
- 24 oz pkg cheese ravioli
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 med shallots - thinly sliced
- 16 sage leaves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ravioli according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat butter in lg skillet over med-low heat until it foams. Add shallots and cook, stirring until golden, 1-2 min. Increase heat to medium, add sage, cook until leaves turn crisp, 1 1/2 min. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper. Return drained ravioli to pot, add butter and sage, toss gently, add parmesan, toss and serve.
