Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ingredients

  • Cream:
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Add:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Roll by hand into sm balls about 3/4". Place on baking sheet.Bake at 325* for 30 minutes. Roll in pdr. sugar while hot. Repeat when cool.
