Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbs. Orange Juice
- 1 tsp. Lemon Peel, grated
- 1 tsp. Orange Peel, grated
- 2 Salmon Filets
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except for salmon in an air-tight jar and shake well. Grill salmon over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste every 5 minuted with the citrus mixture. Garnish with a lemon and orange slice before serving.
