Ingredients
- 7 slices bread
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 8 x 10" pan with cooking spray and line with bread slices.
2. Brown sausage and drain well on a paper towel. Spread drained sausage on bread slices.
3. Mix cheese with flour and sprinkle over sausage.
4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage mixture.
5. Bake for 45 minutes.
