Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bob Evans zesty hot sausage (I use regular- mild, a little less)
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese (I use more to sprinkle on top)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage until no longer pink.
3. Remove from heat and drain dripping, and add all remaining ingredients except 1 green onion.
4. Pour into 1qt baking dish.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
6 Garnish with remaining green onion. Keep warm and serve with crackers.
