Ingredients
- 4 center-cut bone-in pork chops
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. bbq sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add vegetables to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add bbq sauce. Bring to a boil.
Return pork chops to skillet; spoon sauce in skillet over chops. Simmer 3-5 minutes or until chops are cooked through, turning after 3 minutes.
