Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pints of half & half (I use Land o Lakes fat free)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound backfin crabmeat
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Old Bay - a few shakes
  • Worchestershire 2 T?
  • To thicken I add handful of mashed potato flakes (dry) - add when soup is warm.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in crockpot, low heat, 4-5 hours.
