Grandma D's Veal Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground veal
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 loaf bread, dried
  • fresh parsley
  • turkey heart and liver
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute onion in butter. Soften bread in the milk after it has been dried and break apart. Combine all ingredients.

2. Stuff turkey or bake by itself at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
