Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or soy crumbles)
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 8 oz salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • black olives (optional)
  • corn chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Layer first 4 ingredients.
2. Microwave 7 minutes.
3. Add cheese and olives, microwave until cheese melts.
4. Serve with corn chips.
