Original Ranch Pork Chops

I am going to try using this recipe instead of store bought ranch mix.
Ranch Dressing Mix

5 Tablespoons dried minced onions
7 teaspoon parsley flakes
4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Ingredients

  • 1 serving(s) 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 6 chop(s) uncooked lean boneless pork chop(s)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450F. In a small bowl, add the Seasoning mix, together with the salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning mixture. Arrange the chops on a baking sheet or try with a rack. Bake the pork chops for 25 minutes, turning once until browned or an internal temperature of 160F is reached. Serve immediately.
