Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add egg, then molasses. Add all other ingredients.

Take teaspoonful and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 - 12 minutes.
