Ingredients
- 1 medium squash
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 TBSP corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup broken pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 Grease a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cook squash and mash when it is done. Stir all the ingredients together except corn syrup & pecans. Combine these 2 and put on top of mixture.
