Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 7 c. water
- 4 med. sliced carrots
- 2 (15 oz)cans diced tomatoes
- 6 beef bouillion cubes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1-1/2 c. zucchini, cubed
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large kettle, brown sausage, onion and garlic. Drain off fat.
2. Add water, carrots, tomatoes, bouillion cubes, Italian seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Add zucchini, beans and macaroni. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
