Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless porkchops (1/2in thick)
- 1/4 C teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbs Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 C light beer
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large zip lock bag and marinate overnight.
Pre-heat grill. Place pork chops on grill over direct heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145*. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
