Shredded Potatoes au Gratin

  • 4 CUPS SHREDDED HASH BROWNS
  • 2 CUPS WHIPPING CREAM
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE, DIVIDED
  • 1/4 CUP SLICED GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 t SALT
  • 1/4 t PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* SPRAY 9X13 INCH BAKING DISH.
COMBINE POTATOES, CREAM, 1/14 CUPS CHEESE, ONIONS AND SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL.
SPOON INTO BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE. BAKE UNTIL BUBBLY AND GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 35-40 MINUTES.
