Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups chopped potatoes
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz each) minced clams
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 qt half & half
- 1 1/2 tsp salt & dash pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes add clams simmer. Then in pan flour and 1/2 cube of butter add cream until creamy about 2 mins.Add rest butter cook celery, onions, salt,sugar pepper add to potatoes and vegetables.
