Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together except beaten egg whites. Let rest for 1 hour. Fold in egg whites. Dip zucchini flowers into batter and fry until golden.
