Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/3 c sugar, divided
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c water
- 1/2 butter, no subs
- 1 1/2 squares unsweetened choc.2 c flour
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and 1/3 c sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 egg; set aside. In a saucepan bring water, butter and choc. to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Mix in flour and remaining sugar. Stir in sour cream, baking soda, slat and remaining eggs until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured 15x10x1 " pan. Dollop cream cheese mixture over the top; cut through batter to create a marble effect. Sprinkle with choc chips. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min or until pick comes out clean. Cool
