Ingredients
- 6 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 3 Cups Milk
- Ham, chopped
- Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Can French Fried Onions
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice potatoes. Place 1/2 in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 Tbs. flour; dot with butter. Repeat layer. Add milk until it is 1/2 way up the dish. Add chopped ham, top with cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and top with French Fried Onions. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until browned. Can substitute crumbled bacon for ham if desired.
