Crock Pot Pasta Fagioli Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 # Ground Beef
  • 3 10 oz. Cans Beef Stock
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 3 t Oregano
  • 3 Carrots, Chopped
  • 2 t Pepper
  • 4 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 5 t Parsley
  • 2 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 t Tabasco
  • 1 16 oz Can White beans
  • 20 oz jar Spaghetti sauce
  • 1 16 oz Can Red Kidney beans
  • 8 oz Pasta, cooked, drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown beef in a skillet. Drain fat, place meat in slow cooker.

2. Add all other ingredients to meat, except pasta, stir well.

3. Cook low 8 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Serve over cooked pasta.
