Ingredients
- 2 # Ground Beef
- 3 10 oz. Cans Beef Stock
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 3 t Oregano
- 3 Carrots, Chopped
- 2 t Pepper
- 4 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 5 t Parsley
- 2 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 t Tabasco
- 1 16 oz Can White beans
- 20 oz jar Spaghetti sauce
- 1 16 oz Can Red Kidney beans
- 8 oz Pasta, cooked, drained
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef in a skillet. Drain fat, place meat in slow cooker.
2. Add all other ingredients to meat, except pasta, stir well.
3. Cook low 8 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Serve over cooked pasta.
