Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 c. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 T. pimentos, chopped
- 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 12-oz. tube refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine chicken, frozen vegetables, onion, pimentos, parsley, salt and pepper; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine soup, sour cream and broth; stir into chicken mixture. Spread in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange biscuits over top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.
Serves 4 to 6.
