Ingredients
- 8 oz. cooked, drained angel hair pasta
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 small red onion
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 3-4 carrots cut in to small sticks
- 1 10 oz. pkg. broccoli florets
- 1-2 sliced zuchinni
Preparation
Step 1
Brown garlic in about 1/2 c. olive oil
Add onion and mushrooms-sauté
Add carrots, broccoli and zuchinni
Heat through.
Toss cooked pasta with 4 oz. grated rommano cheese and the veggies.
