Sugared Bacon-Wrapped Smokies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cooked sausage links
  • bacon slices, cut into thirds
  • brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Line a large jelly roll pan with tin foil, or use a silpat. Wrap each sausage link with 1/3 strip of bacon, overlapping at the ends. Roll each sausage link in brown sugar to coat and place on the jelly roll pan. Continue until you have made the desired amount.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the bacon is browned. Serve immediately.
