Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings, disjointed & tips discarded
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Season chicken liberally with pepper.
2. Place wings in a large baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup & garlic until well blended. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake for 45 min, until chicken is well done & sauce is thick.
