Chicken- Peanut baked

  • 2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 box (3.5oz) peanut sauce mix

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Add peanut sauce (use both inner envelopes) and coconut milk to a baking dish. Whisk until smooth, add chicken, dredging both sides of chicken in peanut sauce.

Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until done.
