Asparagus Linguine

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of dry chicken noodle soup
  • asparagus (or broccoli)
  • 16 oz. of linguine
  • olive oil
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • onion
  • chopped red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute vegetables in olive oil about 10 minutes, sprinkling with seasoned salt. Remove from pan. In reserved oil, add 4-5 garlic cloves, hot pepper and onions. Brown and remove from heat. Cook linguine. Drain, except for 1" of water. Reserve 2 cups of liquid.

Mix 2 packets of dry chicken noodle soup in oil. Place vegetables over linguine in pot. Pour olive oil over all and toss until mixed. Add 1/3 cup of grated cheese. Stir again. Let stand a few minute, mix again. Serve with extra cheese and pepper if desired.
