Ingredients
- 2 oz butter for each egg yolk
- eggs yolks
- tarragon to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter (hot) in microwave and pour in blender. Add one egg yolk for each two ozs of butter and add tarragon. Blend.. Serve immediately.
