Garlic Cheese Duchess Potatoes

This simple potato dish adds sophistication to any meal. For an even fancier touch, use a pastry bag to pipe potatoes into elegant shapes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chedder cheese, finely grated
- garlic salt
- 36 nuggets (approx. 1/2 bag) Creamy mashed potatoes, frozen
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs. butter, melted
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare mashed potatoes with milk and butter.
In medium bowl, beat eggs, add mashed potatoes and grated cheese and milk (if needed) until blended.
Drop mixture by spoonful or pastry bag onto cookie sheet to form 8 mounds.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt
Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes until ligh golden brown
