Ingredients
- 1 (15.5 oz) can of black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 C chopped pineapple
- 1 jalapeno - stemmed and seeded and minced
- 3 T finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 C chopped cilantro
- 1 T fresh lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine black beans, pineapple, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with coarse salt.
