Angel Wings

Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients to rolling consistency and refrigerate for an hour or so.

2. Roll out dough and cut into rectangles with a slit cut in the middle. Pull one end of each rectangle through the slit to form a bow tie.

3. Deep fry until lightly browned.

4. Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
