Ingredients
- Barbecue sauce:
- Lamb riblets
- 1 med. onion
- 2 T butter
- 2 T vinegar
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. ketcup
- 2 T Worcesteshire sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion in butter and add remaining ingredients for barbecue sauce.
Brown lamb in own fat. Season with salt & pepper. Cover with barbecue sauce and cook slowly on top of range or in slow over (300 deg.) for 1 1/2 hrs.
