Corn pudding recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of melted butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 small corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole corn - not drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn - not drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, and eggs. Add corn, sour cream, and muffin mix. Pour into dish (2/3 quart casserole dish) and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes (70 minutes in Pam's Oven)
