Plum Chicken

  • Chicken
  • Montreal seasoning
  • Diced onion
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Plum sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Dice chicken into bite sized pieces and marinate in montreal seasoning. Heat olive oil in a hot pan and add chicken. Fry until almost cooked through and add onion, red pepper and brown. Add 1-2 jars plum sauce.

Serve in lettuce cups or over white rice.
