Ingredients

  • 30 OUNCE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1/2 LB BUTTER
  • 8 OUNCE MARSHMALLOW CREAM
  • 2 TBSP VANILLA
  • 2 TBSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
  • 4 CUPS SUGAR
  • 1 LARGE CAN EVAPORATED MILK
  • 2 CUPS CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY CANES OR PEPPERMINT CANDIES

Preparation

Step 1

BUTTER A 9 X 13 BAKING DISH, SET ASIDE,

IN A LARGE BOWL ADD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS, MARSHMALLOW CREAM AND VANILLA, SET ASIDE

BRING TO A BOIL EVAPORATED MILK, BUTTER AND SUGAR FOR 6 TO 7 MINUTES, START COUNTING AFTER BOIL, THEN POUR OVER CHOCOLATE CHIP MIXTURE, MIX WELL AND POUR INTO 9 X 13 PAN AND LET COOL. ENJOY
