Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. icing sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix in nuts. Chill. Roll into 1” balls or crescents. Bake 10 – 12 minutes at 400º. While still warm, roll in icing sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
