Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 can corn WITH juice
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and bake in a casserole dish at 350 for approximately 50 minutes
