Double Lemon Poppyseed

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg lemon jelly powder
  • 1 &1/4 c water
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c poppyseed
  • 1/2 c cream cheese
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c icing sugar
  • 2 T shredded lemon peel
  • 1 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

350 for 50 to 60 minutes
Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer. Stir in poppyseed. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Cool in pan 30 minutes
Beat cream cheese and butter with mixer
Gradually add sugar and lemon/ Spread on cake and garnish with peel
